- Technical Guidance: Act as a trusted technical advisor, offering best practices and solutions to common challenges faced by customers
- Onboarding & Enablement: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully prepared and proficient in using our solutions. This includes conducting training sessions, developing enablement materials, and proactively identifying opportunities for customers to maximize their use of the platform.
- Basic Implementation & setup: Provide hands-on support for initial solution setup within customer environments. This may involve configuring software and troubleshooting connectivity.
- API and System Integrations: Support customers in integrating our solution with their existing systems, including providing guidance and basic troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers, working closely with our engineering team to solve the hardest and most complex problems.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights, relaying them to our product and engineering teams to help drive continuous improvement of our solution.
- Strong technical foundation with 5+ years of engineering or deployment experience
- Deep understanding of deploying, optimizing, and scaling AI/ML models for performance (latency, throughput, cost)
- Experience in full-stack or distributed systems engineering, including cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying containerized workloads (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Solid coding ability in Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Experience with API design and system integration
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with proven ability to work directly with customers
- Ability to drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to product evolution
- Comfortable operating independently and solving problems in complex, ambiguous environments
