To support our growing team, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter to help us build the team that is bringing AI infrastructure optimization to the next level. In this role, you’ll focus on technical hiring, diving into complex engineering roles for our German entity. We're searching for someone who knows how to source niche positions and genuinely cares about making the hiring process better for everyone involved within a cutting-edge AI infrastructure company.
Own full-cycle recruiting: Partner with leadership and hiring teams across engineering to define requirements, source candidates, and close hires.
Active sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn by engaging with talent across GitHub, technical communities, and relevant professional networks
Role definition & alignment: Work closely with hiring managers to clearly define role expectations and required skill sets across both technical and business roles
Hiring strategy: Stay aligned with headcount planning and product roadmap to anticipate future hiring needs
Candidate experience: Deliver a high-quality, transparent, and engaging recruitment process
Data-driven recruiting: Use hiring insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and help us select the best tools to do so.
Market research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies across tech and business functions
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in-house at a startup or high-growth environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and a data-driven approach, using metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g. SDLC, infrastructure fundamentals), with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams
- Proven success in sourcing high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative, multi-channel strategies, including the use of AI-driven sourcing tools
- Strong focus on candidate experience, with clear communication, timely feedback, and relationship-building at the core
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be based in Germany with the ability to visit our Heidelberg office on occasion
- German language skills sufficient to conduct occasional interviews in German
- Preferable to work in a hybrid set-up near our Heidelberg headquarters
- Experience working with AI infrastructure, distributed systems, or large-scale compute environments
